The Wood Connection!

The Wood Connection has now come to Utah County and I am so excited!  I have been going to the South Salt Lake Store for years and have loved it.  I started going way back when I did a lot of tole painting, so that was a LOT of years ago!  This store has tons of wood cutouts that you can take home and paint or decorate any way that you want to fit your own decor.

They have fun holiday decorations like these for Easter, this is just a sampling of what they have and they add new things all the time.They have cute scrapbook papers that you can Mod Podge onto the wood.They have a fun selection of ribbon:There is a great selection of this fine glitter that makes all of your projects sparkle!Here are a few of the St. Paddy’s day collection:They have these cute frames that are great for your pictures, sayings or photo’s!  They have a great selection of alphabet letters, so you can spell out your family name, or a child’s name or a holiday word or anything you can think of.

They also have a cute selection of items that are completed, so you don’t have to make anything!  You can just take it home and decorate your own little area!

If you are ever in this area, be sure to stop in and visit this darling store.  The employees are so cute and very helpful!  They will be adding new products all the time, so you will need to visit often.  You can also special order your project and they do all kinds of group orders!

  2. I’m going to be in Utah next month, and also for a MONTH this summer (I’m so excited!), so I am definitely going to have to make a stop here! Nice tutorial, too, Rita! I never would have thought to paint the letters that way!
