I just spent some very fun days with my best friend at a Sewing Retreat! We went up to the cabin for a few days of S & S. (Sewing and Shopping!)
We started out by driving up the canyon and it was just beautiful…the leaves are starting to turn colors and the weather was gorgeous! I made a hipster bag back in May and my granddaughter and her friend decided that they wanted to make one, so we got some fabric and these two cute girls went to work. We ended up doing part of them one day and finishing them the next week! Here is what their Hipster Bags looked like:

I have a super fun Beginning Cross Stitch Project that is perfect for learning to embroider! My friend, Sharee, did this for her Activity Day Girls and every girl was able to make a darling pillow!
