Last weekend my husband and I took a quick trip to St. George in Southern Utah. One of the reasons we went was to take two of our grandsons for a Bass Fishing Trip!
I don’t know a whole lot about it, other than the fact that they were very pumped about going!
They were entered into a Bass Fishing Tournament at Sand Hollow!

Disneyland Trip 2017
My husband and I went on a little trip with our daughter and her two kids to sunny California…only it was not sunny!
It rained almost every day that we were there! The kids did not mind and it did make all the lines at Disneyland and Universal studios a lot shorter!

I feel like I have been on a bit of a roller coaster ride these last three weeks. It started off with our girls retreat, then I was home for a week, but it was a very busy week, then my husband and I took a whirlwind Trip to Canada! So I have been quite a bum ever since school started and I have had a little more free time!

My husband and I just got back from a 40th Anniversary Trip! Our main destination was not to a tropical island, or a romantic European adventure, or some other world-wide spot, but rather it was to Waco, Texas…yes you heard me right…Waco, Texas and Magnolia Farms!
I love the show “Fixer Upper” and this was a dream trip for me! I loved the family atmosphere and ALL of the people/employees were so friendly and helpful! I was amazed at how friendly and kind everyone was no matter where we went in Texas!
Before I tell you about my St. George Get-Away I need to explain my spelling problem from the Visiting teaching post. I was sick last week when I was trying to get it posted and I worked on it in the middle of the night, apparently I was not thinking straight because I misspelled two words!!! Ha Ha! I corrected it…but not until we got back from our fun weekend!

My husband and I just got back from our annual trip to Arizona. We had a great time again this year. You would think that we might get tired of doing the same things every year…but we love this trip and never seem to tire of it!

My husband and I just got back from a trip last week to the Pacific Northwest. We drove a total of 2,915 miles! It was insane! Our plans were to drive to Port Angeles in Washington and then take the ferry over to Vancouver Island. We were then going to drive the 101 coastal highway down to San Francisco and cut across California and come home to Utah. After driving the 101 for a couple of days, we totally changed our plans because that road is so curvy and slow and we could not even see the ocean much of the time because of all of the trees, so we changed plans and cut back to the interstate to come home! But, the drive up to Port Angeles was beautiful and so was Vancouver Island, so it was worth all the driving!
As I mentioned yesterday, I got a new camera before we left on our trip and I took over 500 pictures and videos! It was so fun to learn to use my new camera with all of the beautiful places we visited. I apologize in advance for all of the pictures, but I did put a lot of them into collages, so you can see several pictures all at once!

My husband and I just got back from a LONG road trip. It was not necessarily long in the days that we were gone, but it was long in the amount of miles that we drove! We went up to Vancouver Island in Canada and then drove part way down the 101 coastline highway. We left on a Thursday afternoon, but not until I received my newest little toy from UPS. We actually waited for it to come, so that I could take it with us on our trip! :)
