These are perfect for a Valentines Dinner because they are so pretty as well as being tasty!  They would be fun for a party because they are bite sized and you do not need any utensils to eat these!

Of  course, you could change up the pie filling and use blueberry, blackberry, peach or apple.  Or you could use fresh berries and a mint leaf!  They would all be delicious!

Mini bites seem to be the “in” thing right now, so these would be perfect in a dessert bar with mini brownies, cupcakes, cake balls and anything else that you can make bite sized!mini cherry cheesecake bites

These are the same ones that we made for our Little Girl’s Baking Class, so does that mean that I have already made them this year and I do not have to make them again!  :)
