Mock Frosty Recipe

 Mock Frosty Recipe

I have been back on Weight Watchers for a couple of months, so therefore, I have not shared any of my yummy recipes!  Because most of the recipes I share are rich, delightful, fat laden dessert recipes!  Ha Ha!

But I still need to have a delicious treat without taking all of my points!  I found this recipe on Weight Watchers…I just make it different! These frosty’s are delicious and they are super easy to make.  If you are a Weight Watchers fan, these are only 4 points!

The original recipe calls for ice to help make it a frosty.  But I like to make mine in my Cuisinart freezer! Here is the Mock Frosty Recipe:

Mock Frosty

1 cup skim milk

2 tablespoons sugar free, fat free pudding mix

2 tablespoons fat free cool whip

Whisk all ingredient together in a small bowl.    Set up your freezer and start it going.  Pour the milk mixture into the freezer and let it go for 3-4 minutes or until frozen to your liking.

Pour into glass and enjoy!

Such a simple easy summer treat!

My husband loves these  Mock Frosty’s as much as I do!

It is fun to also make other flavors!

All you need to do is change up the pudding!
This is a strawberry cheesecake frosty!

To make this variation, all you need to do is use cheesecake pudding.  Freeze as normal, then before serving stir in cut up strawberries.  You could also do raspberries, peaches, or banana chunks!  Yum!

So that is the Mock Frosty Recipe!

Do you need some of this yummy goodness in your life?

If you do not have an ice cream freezer, you can always add some ice cubes to the mixture and blend it in your blender until it is frosty!
