How to Make Bath Bombs

 How to Make Bath Bombs

Have any of you ever made bath bombs?  I have made bath salts, and homemade soap, but not bath bombs!  Until Now!bath bombs

I love the luxury of bath bombs, but not the price!  So I decided to find out how to make these little gems of fizzing relaxation!

They are super easy to make, and the ingredients can be found at most health food stores.

You will need some kind of mold to shape your bath bombs.  I found mine on Amazon.  But you could also use plastic Easter eggs, or any food molds.Bath-Bomb-Recipe-000-Page-1Here is the “recipe” to make your own bath bombs.

If you want to print this as a jpeg, right click over the image.  Go to “save image as”.  Then save in a folder.  You can now print as a photo.  For those of you that would like the PDF download, just click on the link below:

    1. Debra, I am sorry that I do not have a blank card for that image. That is a compressed image and legally I cannot give it out blank.

  1. I just want to say “Thank You” I have used several of your ideas. Thank you for sharing and helping to make visiting teaching more meaningful as well as holidays more fun.

    1. Lynette, You are very welcome! Thank you for taking the time to write your kind comment. I really appreciate it. Hope you have a great day!

  2. I am a caretaker for a sister in my Ward who is legally blind and in failing health. For many years she has had a “letter” list for her Visiting Teaching. I began printing the messages from the Ensign and she was able to write a line or two and sign them. That has become difficult for her and now that I have found YOU, I print out these adorable cards and sign for her and send them out. I tease her that she is the most consistent 100%’er every month!! I love having something appealing to the eye to send. Thanks so very much.

    1. Kathy, Thank you so much for sharing your sweet comment! You are such a wonderful caretaker and friend! I love hearing your story and I appreciate your kindness not only to me but also to the sister you help take care of, as well as those that you send the message to! Keep up the sweet work, it makes me feel good to be a small part of your wonderful service, so thanks for making my day! May the Lord continue to bless you!

  3. Thanks for the fun recipe, I just happened to have everything on hand. I can’t wait to try it. How many of that size will one recipe make? I love your clever ideas.

    1. Barb, Hope you enjoy these bath bombs as much as I do! They are fun to make and fun to use! Thanks for taking the time to write your kind comment. Hope you have a great day!

    1. Janeil, I have been trying out several different recipes with the bath bombs and I love adding the cornstarch! I add a 1/2 cup of cornstarch to my recipe…I do not increase the liquid and it makes the bath bombs hold their shape better! I have also been substituting the olive oil for melted coconut oil and I love the feel of this oil on my skin, plus the coconut oil smells wonderful!

  4. Is the above post your “improved” recipe. I have it “somewhere”!!! Can’t find it when I need it. Want to make some for Christmas.
