My daughter is building a new home and it will be finished in a few weeks so she has been busy getting some things ready for her new house. She bought these chairs 2nd hand and did a makeover on them! I think that they turned out so pretty!
She simply painted the wooden part of the chairs from the black to the beautiful white color, using a good quality spray paint. Then she put new covers on the chair seat. I love the grey and white pattern that she chose for the seat!
She also got these bar stools and gave them a really pretty makeover.
The color in these pictures does not show up the true color, but they are a beautiful coral color! She simply bought a sample bottle of paint and made her own chalk paint by adding plaster of Paris to the paint. It brushed on beautifully! She finished these with a Rust-Oleum Lacquer clear coat that is specifically for furniture. It gives them a beautiful finish!
So she has two different sets of chairs for not a lot of money and not really a ton of work! Well done!
