Friday’s Favorite Finds

Today I have a couple of new favorite finds that I am totally in love with! :)

My first favorite find… I got at “All that Stuff in the Barn” in Midway Utah, but I have heard that they have them at Kneaders and I also saw one at Gardner Village in the Old Mill shop.perpetual calendarIt is this darling perpetual calendar.  I don’t know why, but the minute I saw it I fell in love!  I love and antique feeling and the fact that you have to flip the day, month and date!  Some people might think that this is a pain, but I am completely in love with this!

My second favorite find is from Home Again, in Midvale, UT.

home again My best friend and I went to lunch and shopping a few days ago and we stopped here for our first stop.  (After getting my diet coke of course!)

Yikes!  I can see myself using this all the time.  It will have a permanent home in my kitchen, but it will change with all of the seasons and holidays!  I was pretty excited to find this!  (Can you tell?)  I have already put a vignette together with it for the 4th of July.  Watch for it coming soon!

My friend and I went on over to Gardner Village and we spent the entire day shopping, eating, and having so much fun together!  We have been friends since Junior High School and even though we don’t see each other all the time, I know she would do anything for me and I would do anything for her!

Have you found any favorite things lately?  I would love to hear what your favorite finds are!  I hope that you all have a great weekend and that you will get to spend it with someone you love!

  1. I’m also in love with the red perpetual calendar. Could you possibly be able to locate one that I can purchase?

    1. Phyllis, I got that more than a year ago, so I do not know where to find it anymore. You could try to google perpetual calendar to see if you can find it. Hope that helps. Rita
