How many of you have started a diet with the new year?

 Ugh, why does it have to be so hard to lose weight and sooo easy to gain it?

Life is too short  to not add a little humor in there, so hope that you will enjoy the thought for today!

I may need to print this and put it in my exercise room so that I will have something to laugh at!

  1. You cannot “loose” weight. If your weight became “loose” it would flop around! You can, however, “lose” weight. To “lose” weight you need to eat a bit less and exercise a bit more. You can take little steps to do this. Instead of eating 3 cookies, eat 2 this time. Park your car a bit away from the store instead of parking as close as you can. Every step you walk is exercise! Pretty soon you’ll come up with other little changes in your routine that will make a big difference time. You didn’t gain weight overnight and you can’t get rid of it overnight, either!
