Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup

The weather has cooled down just a bit here is in Utah and this chicken noodle soup just sounded so good.  It is the best comfort food there is!  This is a hearty soup with the veggies, onion soup mix and the cream of chicken soup so it is chock full of flavor!  It is so easy to make with all the soups added in and it can be done in no time flat, so if you have any busy fall evenings coming up you just might want to try out this recipe!
Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
3-5 boneless chicken breasts, cubed into bite size pieces
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups each: chopped celery and carrots
1 onion chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 pkg frozen “grandma’s wide noodles” or country egg noodles or make your own
Directions:
Cover chicken with water and add onion soup mix.  Boil for about 7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.  Add the chicken broth and veggies and simmer till tender crisp.  Add the 2 cans of soup and the milk.  Mix well.  Add noodles and simmer till done.
