Ingredients
  1. 2 cups heavy cream
  2. 1-14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  3. 1 tsp. extract (vanilla, almond or mint)
  4. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  5. 2 cups mix-ins I used one cup each-fresh raspberries and peaches
Instructions
  1. Put the heavy cream into a large mixing bowl and beat until soft peaks form. (You want the cream to just hold shape for 5 seconds when you pull the beaters out) Add in the sweetened condensed milk and the extract and mix on slow until just combined. Add the brown sugar for extra sweetness. Add in the fruit (*or other mix-ins) and fold by hand, just until they are covered, DO NOT over mix. Pour into loaf pan or 9 inch square pan. Cover with cling film and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours, until frozen through. Ice cream will keep, covered, in the freezer for 1 month.
Notes
  1. *Other mix-in ideas: chocolate syrup, chocolate chunks, chopped candy bars, crushed cookies, bananas, apricots, cherries, (any fruit that will freeze well) nuts, coconut, sprinkles, etc. Let your imagination run wild here!
