Today I thought it would be fun to do a Flower Thought!
I have been out working in the yard planting flowers and the garden. The weather has been wonderful…until today!
It has turned off cold today and the weather forecast is saying to cover our tomatoes and tender plants!!!
It is the middle of MAY…for heaven’s sake…and we are having a frost warning!
Don’t you love this little thought.
As women we tend to compare ourselves to each other and we need to stop doing that and “JUST BLOOM!”
With spring in full bloom and summer just around the corner, there are going to be lots of flowers blooming everywhere. I hope that when you look at those flowers, you will remember this thought and
Bloom Where You Are!
On another note, my husband and I just got back from a little trip to Las Vegas. We went to a Celine Dion show and to LeReve. Both were really good shows and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The weather was warm and it felt good to get away together for a few days! We also spent a few days in sunny St. George before coming home! I love going on road trips with my husband. He was my own personal chauffeur to quilt shops, malls, eating out and sight seeing!
Thanks for Visiting! Remember to blossom today!
This thought today touches close to my heart. Isn’t it true…that everyone that comes into our life affects us somehow.
There are so many people around me that have taught me and I have learned some wonderful lessons from them. I am so grateful for that and for the experiences that I have everyday. I am truly a blessed person with so many great friends and close family members! :)
Take the time today to tell those around you how much you appreciate and love them! And remember that everyone touches us in some way and that we, also, touch others in that way too! Your influence can be very powerful.
Have a Great Day Today! Love Ya!
If you have not had a chance to check out the fun School Lunch Notes in my shop, I would love for you to take a look at them and let your little students know how much you love them and are thinking about them while they are at school.
I kind of have a thing for Dr. Seuss, and my thought today comes from the book, “Happy Birthday to You!”
This thought is perfect to frame and give to the birthday person to let them know just how special and unique they are!
I love this saying and I hope that all of you out there know just how special YOU are!
School has not started yet in our neck of the woods, but this would also be a great saying to frame to give your child before school starts, or for the older kids, it would make a fun locker sign to hang in their locker! Some children just need to be reminded how great they are when they have some anxiety about going to school!
This is formatted to an 8 x 10 print, for those that wish to frame it.
I hope that you all have a great day today and that you will all realize YOUR potential and that you will see the potential in all those around you too!
Happy Thursday Everyone! Love Ya!

Today’s thought comes from my kitchen counter!
I made this stitchery many, years ago (but I still love it!) and it sits behind my sink where I see it several times a day…
It is kind of my motto!
Do any of you ever feel this way..
when you do something good, it makes you feel good, but when you do something bad, you really do feel bad.
So here is my printable for this week, that was inspired by this stitchery!
To print this, just right click over image and go to “save image as”, save in a folder and you can then print it or upload to your favorite photo processing center. It is formatted to an 8 x 10 size.
Or you can right click over the image and go to “copy image”, then open your favorite program and right click again, then go to paste, you can then print it in that program.
I hope that you will have a great Thursday and that we can all “do good” today!
Here is my thought for today:
I have this in my bedroom on the fireplace mantle where I can see it everyday!
It really should be my motto!
I love what it says and I believe that we really should try to be happy and find the joy and laughter in everything we do!
I know that sometimes that is really difficult to do, but if I try to…I know that my day will go better.
So try to find the laughter and joy in your day today!
