Grateful Heart

Don’t you love the month of November? It is the month of Thanksgiving and having a Grateful Heart!

In this country, we have so many things to be grateful for.  We enjoy many freedoms and privileges.   There are opportunities to learn and better ourselves at every turn.  Many have sacrificed much for us to enjoy all these freedoms.

A  perfect  way to start each day is with this thought:
grateful heartMany times I think of the saying…

“What if you woke up today with only the things you thanked God for yesterday”

Do you have a grateful heart everyday?  It is a hard thing to do in the world that we live in.  There is so much negative, violence and greed in the world that it is easy to get caught up in the worldly world.

But…all we have to do is take a look around us and start counting our blessings and hopefully our attitude and our “gratitude” will change.

A fun way to display this  printable would be to frame it for your home.  It is formatted to and 8 x 10 size.  To print as a jpeg, right click over the image and go to “save image as”, then save in a folder.  You can then print your own or send it out to a photo processing center.  This printable is for personal use only.   For those of you that would like the PDF download, just click on the link below:

THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO BE GRATEFUL FOR!

Thanks for Visiting!

  1. That quote about thanking God, I’d wake up with running water and my fridge. LOL Happy Thanksgiving, all God’s Blessings to you and yours.

    1. Bev, I love that you are thankful for running water and your fridge! One of the things I am thankful for is a warm bed to sleep in at night! Happy Thanksgiving!

  2. Love this, it’s now on my entry table. Thank you so much! off subject but I’m planning a trip to San Antonio this summer, is visiting Waco to see Magnolia shop worth it? Thanks for recommending their book, my favorite book for awhile!

    1. Kris, Absolutely!! I loved our trip to Waco and I am already trying to figure out a way to go there again! Make sure you visit some of the other local places like, Junque in the Trunk, Harp Design and there is a little shop just kitty corner from Magnolia that is a fun place to visit! The bakery was not open when we went there, so of course I would like to visit the bakery! If you go, I hope that you enjoy it as much as I did! :)
