Dec. 2015 Visiting Teaching Handout

Today I have the Dec. 2015 Visiting Teaching Handout for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving!  We had all our family this year and we had a great day.  We ate, cleaned up the mess, and then I had all the kids bring up all the boxes with the Christmas decorations…then we went to the movie to see “The Good Dinosaur”, I thought that it was a darling movie and the kids seemed to love it.  They are still talking about it days later!  We then ate some more and tied 8 fleece blankets!! So it was a good day!   I got all of my Christmas put out, the next day, with the help of my 10 year old granddaughter!  She is getting great at decorating and I love having her help.  So now it is time to move into the next holiday and time for the Dec. 2015 Visiting Teaching Handout.

I love the message for this month…it is perfect for December…“Divine Attributes of Jesus Christ:  Compassionate and Kind”Dec-2015-VTAnd here is the blank card for those of you that would like to translate, need a card or an invite to a party!Dec-2015-VT-blankAll of the cards and tags have been formatted to a 4 x 6 card so you can print your own or send them out to your favorite photo processing center!  To print as a jpeg, right click over the image and go to “save image as” then save in a folder.

I made a tag to go along with the handout this month, there are two to a card:Dec-2015-VT-002-tags I put this tag with a fun scarf, but you could also use gloves, hats, a packet of hot chocolate or a gift certificate for hot chocolate, anything “warm”!

  8. Thanks for taking the time to do this! I was going to print the tags but I noticed that Envelope is missing the e. Is there any chance you have the time to fix it and can email it to me jeni.jones@me.com or let me know what it’s fixed on the website? Thanks again!!

  9. Hi, I am Rita, mother of 4, grandmother of 8 and married to my best friend. I love sewing, quilting, crafting, NOT cooking, gardening and I wish I had some ideas to share with you! I do find Joy in the Journey, especially when I can look on Pinterest and find exactly what I need for visiting teaching or primary. Thank you for sharing your amazing talent with others. You really were given a great gift to be able to create like you do.

    1. Rita, Ha Ha! Thank you for your cute comment! I appreciate your taking the time to write. There are not very many “Ritas” out there so it is always fun to meet one! 10. I can agree with all the comments and I too would like to say Thank You! :).
I have 3 sisters that I mail out a monthly message that are only mail contacts. I feel very confident that due to your beautiful lay-outs they do stop & look at the card and then can’t help but read the message. Helping to keep a link with them to the gospel of Christ.
    Thank you again, DeAnne
