February 2015 Visiting Teaching Handout

The visiting teaching message for this month for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is titled:  Attributes of Jesus Christ:  Without Sin.

Feb. 2015 VT handoutHere are the printables.  One with the message and of course a blank one for you to use as you wish for your personal use!Feb.-2015-VT-handoutI loved this quote from D. Todd Christofferson about how the Savior understands each one of us and how he knows our struggles and he understands how to win the struggle!  Through the power of the atonement He can erase the effects of sin in us!  What a powerful message!

Feb.-2015-VT-handout-blankHere is the blank card for those of you that would like to translate or for those of you that need a blank card, tag, or handout!

To print this as a JPEG, right click over the image and go to “save image as” then save in a folder.  You can print from there or send it out to your favorite photo processing center.  This is formatted to a 4 x 6″ size.

Here is the download for those of you that would like the PDF format:

Feb 2015 VT Handout

DSC_2176I have had 3 crazy busy weeks these last weeks, so I simply paired my card with a fun bag of candy from Trader Joe’s.  I am sure that you can think of many fun Valentine treats or little gifts or trinkets that you could use, or make.

Here is another idea that you could use for a fun handout for the month of February:  Cinnamon Cookie Crunch Popcorn from Our Best Bites.

Of course, you do not really have to take something every time…it is the visit that is important!

 Happy Visiting This Month!

  1. Thank you for your fabulous cards you make. I send the VT message to a lot of sisters each month and these are such a help. When i saved this to my computer so I can send this to Walgreens to print, it said “Feb. 2014 VT”, not 2015. hahaha someone is busy!!

    1. Kris, you got that right! I am crazy…I hope that life will slow down just a bit now. I changed the date in a couple of places, but I guess that I did not catch the one that was on the actual image! OOPS. Thank you for your kind comment and for your sweet support, I really appreciate both!

  2. Thank you for sharing your talents with us. My daughters were impressed with these cards also so I shared my little secret. Even my 16 year old grand-daughter has used the thoughts in seminary. The blank cards are wonderful for “Thinking of you” notes. I can not thank you enough for making my life easier.

    1. Gogi, thank you for taking the time to write your kind comment. I love that your 16 year old granddaughter is sharing the thought in Seminary. It always makes my day to know that someone can use one of my ideas…so thanks for making me happy today! Hope that you are having a great day too!

  3. These are absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing your incredible talent and for making me look like a better Visiting Teacher than I actually am! :)

    1. Krista, thank you for taking the time to write your kind comment! I appreciate your sweet support, but if you are going out and visiting your sisters, you are a wonderful visiting teacher! Hope you have a great day!

  4. Thank you so much for posting these each month–I know that is a LOT of work, and it makes my visiting teaching much easier! Thanks again!

    1. Lanae, you are welcome! Thank you for taking the time to write your kind comment and for your sweet support. I appreciate both! Happy Visiting!

  5. Thank you so much for your efforts! What a service to us! I see you like to quilt- I’ll bet your quilts are just as cute as your hand-outs!

    1. Kris, Thank you for that kind comment. I do love to make quilts and it is fun mix and match the colors and prints in the fabric. A lot of times I copy other ideas that I see, but sometimes I just make up my own to match a particular room or season or holiday! Thanks again for your sweet comment, I appreciate hearing from you.

  7. Thank you for helping me be so excited about my calling. I love your website. Visiting teaching handouts, cute treats from my grandchildren, neighborhood treats, and ideas to add a little something to my husbands sock drawer (he is the #1 kid in our house now days). You are amazing!

    1. Gogi, Thank you for that very kind comment. Isn’t it the truth that our husbands are our #1 kid’s! But we wouldn’t want it any other way…would we?
      Happy visiting this month!

  8. Do you know if you will have March’s up before Sunday the 1st? I have a presentation to do in Relief Society and I like your handouts as an example. I tell them where they can get a copy. Thanks

    1. Kimber, if you will send me an email (through the contact link) I will email you a copy of the handout. I will not have the actual post ready to go until Monday, but I should have the handout done by tomorrow, if that will help you out.

  9. Rita,
How do I type my own words about Geneology onto your blank handout? OR what program do you use to make these beautiful cards?
Thank you for all your time spent to create these VT message cards for my ward each month!
