How many of you are starting a diet…again! I have done several different things throughout the years and they work, but I usually end up putting a few pounds back on over the year and then start over again in January! Sound familiar? Well, I have decided that I need to just eat healthy and not worry so much about a so-called diet. I found this challenge from Six Sisters Blog. I like this challenge because the things that you keep track of are: how much water you drink, your exercise, your fruits and vegetables, and you can only have sugar on one day out of the week! Just a sensible get healthy plan.

This is an 8 week challenge and you can do it as a competition with someone else or as a group of people. I just do it on my own, but I do try to reward myself for my accomplishments!
There are printable worksheets that you fill out to track your progress, and I love that because then I can see what I need to work on. I always think that I am drinking plenty of water…but when I keep track, I can see that I need to drink more water!
Check this plan out and see if it is something that you might want to try. I just love it, because it is just a good common sense plan. No gimmicks, no weird foods, no counting points or calories, just good common sense. I know what foods to eat and this plans just helps me get in more fruits and veggies, less sugar, and a good solid healthy eating plan! I already have an exercise plan, so now I just need to eat a little better!
So let’s get healthy together…shall we? This is an 8 week program, but you can always start over again after 8 weeks. This is a great lifestyle program that we can all live with… and we can all get healthier! Are you in???
