February 2025 Ministering Handouts
Happy February everyone! Tis the month of Love!
Hope all is well with you, and you are loving yourself and those around you!
For this month I chose the talk, “Love -the Essence of the Gospel” by President Thomas S. Monson.
There is a scripture in this talk that kind of hit me hard…
“Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
“This is the first and great commandment.
“And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.”
We have all heard this scripture many times, but I never really thought about how we should love thyself! I think sometimes as women we are busy loving everyone else, but we tend to neglect ourselves! I know I do! Therefore, let’s all try to give ourselves a little self-love this month!
This is not the quote I used for the handout; however, this is just my own personal tangent!
The quote I used is one about the Savior and his ability to love everyone and to serve all of the time. I love this! Above all, I want to follow his example while also loving myself! 
Here is the message card. It is formatted to a 4 x 6 size for those of you that would like to print it out. You could also just send it in a text to your sisters.
For those of you that would like the jpeg image, simply right click over image. Go to “Save Image As”, then save in a folder of your choice. You can print your own or send it out to your favorite photo processing center.
The blank card is perfect for those of you that would like to translate. Or if you are in need of a cute card, note, invite or handout, all you need to do is add your own text!
I also added some fun tags for you to use!
I decided to make sugar cookies for this month. Punny Valentines are always fun! But you could do any sugar cookie, or a Valentine candy. Flowers are fun for February too. Just remember, as always, it is your sisters that matter…not the handout!
Call me crazy, because that was how I felt when I decided to do sugar cookies! I made 4 platters for all of my children’s families, and I made 6 boxes to deliver to my ministering sisters and my granddaughters and friends. My arthritis was letting me know that I was insane, but I was able to get them all done!
