May 2018 Ministering Handout

I have had several people request that I keep trying to do my VT handouts,  so here is my May 2018 Ministering Handout!May is the start of warmer weather, so I decided to go with a Lemon/Lemonade theme.  There is a talk by Elaine Cannon that I based this handout from.

You can find the entire talk here.

As you can see from the handout, the quote that I used, starts with this saying: “It is the matter of the lemon and the lemonade.”

This talk is about adversity and how we handle it.

Here is the message card:For those that would like to print as a jpeg.  Simply right click over the image and go to “save image as”.  Then save in a folder and print from there. Here is the blank card for those of you that would like to write your own message!  This card could also be used for an invite, a note card, or a lesson handout.

As always, my printables are for personal use only.  They are not to be sold!

With the new ministering program, you may not necessarily give your sisters an in home visit with a lesson every month.  But you could give them a handout with a message on it!  Some sisters even mail the cards out if they live in a rural area.

I chose to put a bottle of lemonade with this handout, but some other ideas, might include lemon bars, lemon bath bombs, lemon hand lotion, lip gloss or lemon candies!  You know the likes of each of your sisters, so do what you think fits them the best!

So this is my May 2018 Ministering Handout.

Remember it still is not the handout that is important…it is your sisters!!

Happy Visiting!

  8. Dear Rita –
There’s just something about coming with something in hand when visiting (ministering) to those we’re assigned. Thank you so much for providing the “just right” object, be it food, flowers, or even knitted washcloths! Your gift for creativity is so much appreciated.
