Do you need a quick easy snack for your kiddos when they get home from school? This recipe is about as easy as they come! It only has 4 ingredients.
I asked my cute little daughter-in-law if she could help me with some technical things for my blog and while I was out there we made these super easy cookies!
Andes Mint Cookies
This is the line up of ingredients- only 4 ingredients!
Add two cute helpers
Mix the cake mix, oil, and eggs together in mixing bowl.
Roll dough into small balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 Mins.
Immediately after taking out of oven, place one Andes Mint on top of each cookie and let them sit for 5-10 mins to melt the chocolate.
Using a spoon spread the chocolate over the top of the cookie.
Add kids just home from school and a cold glass of milk and you have the makings for a happy family!
But don’t forget baby or he will not be happy.
