I have a fun new favorite find cookbook to show you today…
it is “Sally’s Baking Addiction” Cookbook! I just discovered her website and I fell in love with it immediately!
I ordered this cookbook and I have made one of the recipes twice…it is THAT good! If you have not followed Sally McKenny, at Sally’s Baking Addiction, you need to check out her website…it is hilarious! She has so many delicious recipes on her site and it is a fun read!
I made these yummy “White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Blondies” and they were so good the first time that I had to make them again a second time. They did not disappoint then either! There are several delightful recipes in this book that I would like to try and it is fun to read the stories behind the recipes. She has beautiful pictures and easy to follow directions in this book. She shares her baking secrets with everyone and it is a great cookbook to add to my collection. That fact that all the recipes are cookies, cupcakes and desserts makes it even better!

What is your favorite thing to bake? I am a big fan of chewy bars because they are easy to make, you only need one pan so they are a snap to clean up and they are uniform in size so no one can complain that they didn’t get the bigger cookie! :)
