OK, one of my DIL’s gave me this recipe and it is to die for good! It is definitely a girl food, so this would be perfect for Mother’s Day, Showers, Bunco, Book Clubs and the Brunches that will be coming up this spring and summer.
This is a very refreshing sandwich that requires no cooking and very little preparation. This recipe only has 5 ingredients and takes minutes to make and it looks lovely on your plate. These would also be fun to cut up into bite size!
Ingredients:
Croissants
Strawberry Cream Cheese
Nutella
Sliced Strawberries
Powdered Sugar (optional)
Slice your croissant in half and spread one side with strawberry cream cheese and the other half with Nutella.
Then slice fresh strawberries on the Nutella side.Close sandwich and dust top with powdered sugar!
So easy and So delish!
