I finally got my picture with the Pioneer Woman… from when my DIL and I went to the Roots Tech Conference back on Feb. 2nd! I guess that it is better late than never, right? Here is my proof that I really got to meet her! She is so cute and fun and bubbly and it really was a thrill for me to get to visit with her for a few minutes.

Like I said, it is super easy to make and only has 4 ingredients, so the kids could even help with this recipe and give you more time on the important things, like reading all those black Friday ads! :)

This time of year just screams out pumpkin to me!
I love pumpkin pie, but it is a special treat and so I only eat it a couple of times a year! But I love Pumpkin Pie Cake, pumpkin roll, Chocolate chip pumpkin cookies (which I had to make a couple of days ago!) and these Mini Baked Pumpkin Spice Donuts.
