One of my granddaughters helped me make some M & M cookies and she named them “End of The Rainbow Cookies!”
Isn’t that the perfect name for these yummy, colorful cookies?
You can use your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe and change the chocolate chips out for M & M’s! It is that easy!
My family loves the Mrs. Field’s copycat recipe that has ground oats, so that is the recipe that I used for these End of the Rainbow Cookies!

Omit the chocolate chips and add one bag of your favorite M & M’s.
This is a fun way to celebrate spring and St. Patrick’s day.
Let the kid’s help you make some cookies today and then…let them come up with their own name for their creations! We thought that it would be fun to put some of the cookies in a mason jar and tie the fun rainbow tag that I made for the visiting teaching handout! To print this tag as a jpeg (photo), right click over the image and go to “save image as”. Save in a folder and then you can print from there or send it out to your favorite photo processing center. It is formatted to a 4 x 6 size with 2 to a page.

This is a fun gift idea for teachers, neighbors, visiting teaching sisters, or just a fun thank you!
Do you need some End of the Rainbow Cookies? Spend some time with the kiddos this weekend and make some delicious memories!
Love them, good with a jar of skittles also.
Linda, Yes! Skittles are wonderful with this tag! Thanks for taking the time to write, hope you have a great day!
