Spring Has Sprung…at least in Southern Utah!
My husband and I went to St. George for spring break and the weather was so delightful! We have gone out shopping, walking, swimming and just enjoying the sunshine! The trees are in bloom and the spring flowers are out!
We took a walk through Tonaquint Nature Center.
It was just so beautiful, and so good to be outside in nature! If you ever get a chance to go there, be sure to visit the duck pond!Pretty sure there are turtles here too, but did not get any pictures. We need to bring some bread the next time we come!
Make sure to take a walk along some of the walking trails and just soak in some of the St. George sun!Are you ready for the beauty of spring nature??? I sure am!
And, it even makes me want to get out and dig in the dirt when I get home!!:)
There is a bush out in the yard, and it smells like honeysuckle. This bush is just loaded with thousands of blooms!
So, I decided that I needed to bring a little bit of that glorious spring smell into the house! All I had was an empty water bottle for a vase. So I simply cut the top off and I had the perfect little container to put my blossoms in!
Now, I just wish that I could capture the smell and send it through the computer to you so that you could have a little scent of spring time!
So now, Spring Has Sprung…at least in Southern Utah, it is time to get outside and enjoy!
I love that I live in a place that has all four seasons! Check out some of the wildflowers that we have here in Utah:
What did you do for spring break?
I have been working on a fun project while we are here…yes, I have a sewing machine here!
I will give you a sneak peek next time!
Beautiful photos.
Susan, Thank you!
