Happy Halloween 2016!
From Our Haunt to Yours.
We had our Halloween Party a couple of weeks ago.
When everyone went out to take pictures, the older boys walked out to the porch, saw a pile of leaves on the front lawn…and this is what happened!!!Boys will always be boys!! :)
We ate a…devilish…dinner of:
Mummy Fingers-Hot dogs
Hamburger Jack o lanterns, with Zombie Parts vegetables
Pumpkin Fruit
Frank’s left over parts-salad
Bloody Brains-Tomato soup
Eyeball deviled eggs
Crunchy Cockroaches-Chips
Witches Brew-drink
Mummy cookies
Halloween Rice Crispy Pops
Then I had each family do a “minute to win it” game:In this first game, they had to pick up M & M’s with a straw and move it from their plate to a cup in a minute’s time! Then, of course they got to eat the M & M’s!The next game involved a straw also. Each kid had to blow a spider along the floor to cross the finish line. This was a team effort and they all did a great job.The last minute to win it game, was called “Shake your Booty”. This game is played in pairs and they had to try to shake all of the ping pong balls out of a box that was tied to their backs! (Yes the TV was on with a ball game!) The winner was the first one to get all of the balls out of their box! As you can see from the looks on their faces…they were having a great time.
I recruited all of the older kids this year to run the “fish pond” for me. They all worked together and did the fish pond for the younger kids. It was nice to have all of their help!
If you are looking for a last minute game you could do the Halloween Punch Out Game or you could play the Don’t Eat Jack Game.
So that is our Happy Halloween 2016.
You have a lovely family and do such fun things with them….They are very fortunate kids
