Here is this months Visiting Teaching Handout…”Sweet is the Work”
This month you will need to pick your favorite conference talk to give your message from, so I decided that I would just make a fun pocket to put a “Sweet” treat in along with a copy of the talk that you pick! I also added a highlight marker. This is super simple to make, just print out on an 8.5 x 11″ paper and cut out both pieces. Fold the flowered paper in half and staple along the bottom and the open side. Wrap the title around the pocket centering the title and simply tape together! It doesn’t get much easier than that!
To print, right click over image and go to “save image as” in one of your folders. Or you can simply right click and go to “copy image” then open a program such as Word or Presentations and right click and go to “paste”. This is formatted to 8.5″ x 11″. I printed on card stock weight paper to make it a little more sturdy.
Here is a blank one for those of you that want to translate! You could also use this for a cute little card to give to anyone for most any occasions! Another idea that you can do, is to take your magazine to most any copy place and have them laminate the covers and spiral bind it all! It makes it great to study, because it will lay open flat and it makes it a bit more durable! (This is an old magazine, as the new ones are not out quite yet, so I had to show an old one. But you get the idea.)
Another idea to do for your sister’s is to just pick a quote from your favorite talk and make it into a bookmark or a fridge magnet like here, add the highlighter pen and tie it up in a cute bag!
Happy Visiting Teaching this month! Love Ya!

How much does it cost to bind and laminate the Ensign usually.
At the Alphagraphics in Utah, it only costs a couple of dollars.
How do I print the cute band that goes around the May 2013 VT handout? Great idea if I could print the entire project instead of just the envelope sheet.
Thank you
The band that wraps around the envelope and the envelope are all on the same sheet. Just print it and cut them out, then you can assemble it together.
