Today I have the fun little Baby Boy Quilt that I quilted on my trip to Canada! This was a simple quilt to put together.
I did not have a pattern…just cut out 5.5″ squares and put them in a design and added a couple of borders.

I just spent some very fun days with my best friend at a Sewing Retreat! We went up to the cabin for a few days of S & S. (Sewing and Shopping!)
We started out by driving up the canyon and it was just beautiful…the leaves are starting to turn colors and the weather was gorgeous! We went to our new favorite quilt shop in Midway, Utah, called My Girlfriend’s Quilt Shoppe. We got the fabric to start a new Vintage Christmas Quilt.

There is a new quilt shop in Midway, Utah that is called My Girlfriend’s Quilt shop. They have a wonderful assortment of fabrics and a great collection of wool fabrics, so it has become one of my favorite shops to visit! They have had a shop in Logan, Utah and now they have a second store in Midway!
They had an open house a week or so ago and so I stopped in the afternoon and I was able to meet the owner of the Logan store and her sister, Kim…as in Kimberbell!

My daughter made these darling Pillow Beds for her kids and they absolutely LOVE them! They can lay them flat to lie on or they can make them into a bed chair! They are perfect for watching TV, reading books, a sleep-over or just for lounging around!

Today I have a fun Sew Together Bag that I want to show you!
I ordered this pattern several months ago and I have even had the fabric for awhile, but have just not taken the time to sew it together until now…but now I am kind of hooked on making these darling bags and have made two of them and have the supplies to make several more! I am a little bit crazy like that! :)
I made a hipster bag back in May and my granddaughter and her friend decided that they wanted to make one, so we got some fabric and these two cute girls went to work. We ended up doing part of them one day and finishing them the next week! Here is what their Hipster Bags looked like:
On our recent trip to Waco, Texas, I found a darling little quilt shop that I visited, called “Simply Fabrics”. I found this cute “Sassy Little Apron” pattern and decided that I “needed it”. It is an easy to sew pattern and it has a very flattering fit!
