Patriotic Ice Cream Sandwiches
for your 4th of July party or really…for any summer party!
These patriotic ice cream sandwiches are so festive, they taste delicious and they are super easy to make…so they are the perfect summer treat!
To make these festive little treats all you have to do is unwrap your ice cream sandwiches and dip them into a bowl of sprinkles. Pat the sprinkles into the ice cream and rotate to do all four sides! I placed them on a parchment lined cookie sheet and returned them to the freezer until they were served. If you do these ahead of time, you will want to wrap the individual sandwiches in plastic wrap and put them in the freezer.
What kid young or old…would not love this refreshing cool treat? Add a fun star or sparkler topper to make these irresistible! :)
So now you have a fun, last minute treat that you can make in such a short time that you will want to make them for all your summer get togethers.

Bev, I think that I got those sprinkles at Orson Gygi’s, but I have seen red, white and blue sprinkles in Wal-Mart or at any party store. Hope that helps.
