Have you seen these recipes all over blog land lately? They all look so delicious that I decided that I would like to try one of them and see what all of the fuss is about. I like ice cream, but I usually only need a taste or two to be satisfied. This recipe is so rich and decadent, that it kept me going back for more!
The recipe is very simple with only a few ingredients, plus your mix-ins. Recipe adapted from Annie of Annie’s Noms
I put my ice cream in a 9 inch square pan and covered it with cling wrap:
The hard part about this ice cream is waiting for it to freeze!
Doesn’t this just make your mouth water? Look at those chunks of delightful fruit in there!
Do you need a fresh dessert for dinner tonight, or perhaps you have a fun party or get together that you are planning. This ice cream is perfect for any occasion. You can mix it up in the morning and it will be ready to go that night! It really doesn’t get much easier than this to make yummy ice cream… and without the mess of the ice cream maker!
