Last month when my husband and I were in Arizona at the baseball park, we bought a bag of kettle corn. It was so good with the sweet and salty and I have been craving it again. So I got online and found a recipe (I cannot remember where this recipe came from, so I cannot give credit where credit is due!) There are several recipes and they are all very similar. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out how easy it is to make and it only has 4 ingredients! All of which I have on hand!
My husband and I are BIG popcorn lovers and we love the white popcorn better than the yellow. You could use yellow popcorn and I am sure it would taste great too! Popcorn is a great treat and is good for you with all of the fiber! (Of course the butter I melt on it, for regular popcorn, is not so great for you, but nonetheless it is a great snack!)
