June 2023 Ministering Handout

Hey Everyone!  Welcome to the June 2023 Ministering Handout!

I hope you are all doing well and are ready for summer!  I have been working like a crazy old lady out in my yard.  I am so excited, because I am getting a greenhouse!!  I am going to learn how to propagate, plant from seed, and re-grow all kinds of plants.  I am not trying to grow a big vegetable garden, but rather a cut flower garden!  It is so fun and I am learning so many new things.  I’ll show you pictures when it is all installed and ready to go.

So throughout this process I am learning about the importance of bees and butterflies and that is what lead me to the theme for this month!  So here’s the Buzzz…. Continue reading

Dec 2022 Ministering Handouts

Merry Christmas everyone!  Hope you enjoy the Dec 2022 Ministering Handouts!

This time of year is always so crazy hectic for me.  It seems like we have all of our activities the first week of Dec!  After that I can usually settle in a little more and enjoy the holidays.  I know that some of you have a hard time with the holidays and I totally get that.  It can be a wonderful time and it can be a very difficult time.  I pray that whatever situation you are in that you will feel the love of the Savior and that he can warm your heart.

This month I chose a talk from the 2011 Christmas Devotional by President Thomas S. Monson.

February 2022 Ministering Handouts

As we enter the month of Love, I hope that each of us will always remember the Savior’s love for each one of us individually, selectively and uniquely.  He is always there and he wants us to turn to him.  We all need him and he is there waiting for us.

But he has also commanded us to Love one Another as he loves us.  The message this month actually comes from a “Friend to Friend “ interview given in 2006 from Sister Cheryl C. Lant.

August 2021 Ministering Handouts

It is already time for the August 2021 Ministering Handouts!

Every August, I get excited for all the back to school supplies.  Is there anyone else out there that is the same way?  I love all the new notebooks, pens, pencils, markers, and colored pencils.  I have to see if there are any new items that I might NEED!

With that said, I decided to do the ministering handout around a quote from President Nelson about learning. Continue reading

March 2021 Ministering Handouts

Well, it is time once again to post the ministering handouts.  It seems like spring is maybe trying to come here in Utah.  We will have a few nice warm days and then we will have a winter snowstorm.  But at least there are a few good days in between!

November 2020 Ministering Handout

Happy Fall Y’all!  Welcome to the November 2020 Ministering Handout.

I’m glad that you are here!

This is the month that we all turn our hearts to all of the things that we are grateful for!  And with 2020, we might tend to say there is not a  lot of things that we are grateful for!  But I am here to say that my heart is so grateful for so many things that it is hard to count all of my many blessings.   Continue reading

Oct 2020 Ministering Handout

Well, here we are going into another new month!  Gosh…time flies when you are having fun!  I am excited for the cooler fall weather.  Fall is my favorite color  season!  Do you love wearing sweaters and sweatshirts and bundling up?

I am excited for this weekend’s General Conference for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints!  We need the calm reassurance that all  our leaders seem to bring.  There is so much chaos out in the world, that conference will be  a welcome relief.

With that being said here is the Oct. 2020 Ministering Handout:

This is my ministering handout for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

I decided that perhaps we all needed a little ray of sunshine!  So, therefore, I went with a bright yellow, cheery, theme!
