I have a fun little idea for your dinner today.
It is cute little Petite Pies!

There is a FREE fun family subway art for you to print over there.
Last night I finally bit the bullet and made some of my sugar cookies.
I resist doing this every year because they are 1) a little bit time consuming, 2) messy to make and 3) I cannot resist eating them…at all! (Which is not a good thing!)
I have been cleaning, organizing and throwing out a bunch of stuff all last week. It feels so good. I cleaned out my office/craft room and a big closet, cupboards and drawers. Then I started in the kitchen and now I need to keep going and get my kitchen all done. That is my next goal. I love it when I get the cleaning bug and can get a lot done because I really don’t get it very often, so I had better go for it while I can! When you clean everything out, you can see what you have (or rather how much you have!) and so when I organized all of my washi tape I decided that I needed to do a project with some of it!
So here is fun little idea using your washi tape that would be perfect for a little tea party, a shower, a birthday, or even for weddings!
Today I have a great recipe that is one of my “go-to” recipes for an easy, quick, yummy meal that most all kids like (which is an accomplishment in and of itself!)
I made this for our super bowl party yesterday and I made enough to feed an army! But what we had left over, got taken home for leftovers! We had all kinds of finger foods like wings, Con Queso and chips, spinach dip, potato skins, relish plate and yummy PB brownies!
Not great diet food, but yummy party food!
It has been a long time since I have posted a recipe, especially a dessert recipe.
As I said yesterday, my husband had been gone and so I did not do any cooking! It was great for the diet! I lived on canned soup and scrambled eggs. I can honestly diet quite well, when I don’t have to cook for anyone else! :)
But he came back and so I decided to celebrate a bit with a dessert in the middle of the week!
I made these delicious Cherry Cheesecake Cups!
Who doesn’t love peanut clusters with the wonderful, smooth chocolate and the salty, nutty crunch of the peanuts?
Today I have the BEST, easiest recipe for a yummy, CUTE Christmas Cookie!
(Say that fast 3 times!)
This recipe is perfect for this time of year when everyone is so busy and you don’t have a lot of time to bake, but yet we have to take a treat with us almost everywhere we go! There are parties every week and church socials and school functions and dance festivals, so you need to try this recipe because it is so simple, yet everyone will think that you spent a lot of time making them!
It is that time of year again when everyone is baking and making all kinds of goodies in their kitchens. I, too, have been making cookies, casseroles, soups and a lot of the good comfort foods that my family loves. This recipe is a new one that I tried with peach pie filling from Lucky Leaf! I have to say that it was a hit and that everyone who tried it, loved it!
