Have any of you tried Citrus Infused Vinegar for cleaning? My oh My…I love that I can clean with vinegar but have a fresh citrus smell! It doesn’t get a whole lot better than that!
I made a batch of this vinegar and I fell in love immediately with the fresh smell and the wonderful cleaning job that it does. You can use this on your wood floors, your tile, your bathrooms, on mirrors…really about any cleaning job you might have! I used this on a stainless steel drinking fountain and it made it shine as well as smell good!
I posted this a couple of weeks over at I Should Be Mopping the Floor, and I wanted to post it here for you today!
These were my top 10 posts in 2013!
This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of White Cloud for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
I don’t know about you, but I always feel better when I am doing things to help others and doing things to help out the environment. There are a lot of little things that we can do, we can recycle paper, aluminum and plastic products, we can turn off the lights as we leave a room or we can look for eco-friendly products to use in our homes.
One of the things that I have done to help out the enviroment is to make my own DIY Fabric Softner. This is a great recipe to use in doing your laundry! There are only 3 ingredients so it is easy and inexpensive to do.
Another fun project that I have just done recently with my grandkids is to recycle boxes to make darling books. The kids all love them! Check out how to make your own here.
White Cloud is a paper product brand that is carried exclusively by Walmart, they have a GreenEarth line of bath tissues and paper towels that are made from 100 percent recycled fibers and maintain a “Forest Stewardship Council Certification.” Go check out all of their great products: White Cloud GreenEarth products page. So now you can get great quality without breaking the bank!
Right now White Cloud has a White Cloud Pinterest page, and White Cloud “Living the Green” Pinterest board. They have some great ideas there for you to check out! Repin at least one pin to your board and include the hashtag #Living the Green in the pin’s caption. Then enter their Sweepstakes: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Ends 4/30/13. Click here for Official Rules. It always makes us feel good when we can do our part to help out, whether we recycle, use a DIY recipe, or use recycled products, we all know that every little bit helps!
This is a post that I shared at Ginger Snap Crafts last week and decided that I would now share it with you. It was fun to go back through the last year and review some of the projects and recipes. This is really a good exercise for all of us to do. Look back through your journals, calendars, or notebooks and take a look at all the things that you accomplished throughout this last year. It is really quite rewarding to recognize all the things you have completed or overcome! You should really do this!
My top five posts from last year:

My Cute Car Kit.
This is a great way to lighten up your purse and yet still have all the things that you would need while you are out carpooling and driving kids from place to place, running errands, etc. etc. etc. (Do you sometimes feel like you live in your car?)
I love the smell of fabric softener especially on my sheet and towels, so when I saw this idea here I decided that I really wanted to try this out! It is a very simple, inexpensive way to make your own fabric softener and it only has 3 ingredients!
