Hey everyone!  Today I have a fun new product in the store!  It is these darling candy corn boxes and matching tags.   They would be perfect for any Halloween name place setting, treat boxes, party favors or to hand out to those special little trick-or-treaters on that haunted Halloween Night!

There are two sizes and they also include a darling tag to tie on to them! They are so easy to make.  Simply print, cut out and glue together.  Fill with your favorite treats or trinkets and tie the tag on!  They are so cute and everyone will want to know how you made them!

Thursday’s Thought-love@home

Today’s thought is just a very simple one that I thought would be fun printed and put in a frame.  It is just an updated version of an oldie but goodie.

I have a frame that is 4 x 10 and I just thought that this saying would look so cute in this frame, so that is the reason for the size of this quote.

love-@-home

I did just a basic color…

love@home neonAnd just for fun, I did a neon one!

You can download both of them here:  love@home.  I printed it out on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of photo paper and cut it out.

Put these in a frame and they would make fun gifts for newlyweds, birthdays, family members or just for your own home decor!love@home picSo how do you like this neon one?   I kind of like the updated look!

Hope you have a great Thursday and that you can have love@home!

Thanks for visiting!

Thursday’s Thought- I won’t tell…

I have not done a Thursday thought in awhile so I decided that it was time to get back into my routine!  If you are a grandma or you have a grandma you will know what this thought is all about! :)

I won't tell.../pink polka dot creationsThis has the same meaning as the Las Vegas Slogan:  What happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas.

What happens at Grandma’s stays at Grandma’s!

Right?  I think so.

This would be a fun as a framed print for your grandma!  I am sure that it would make her smile.  If you don’t print it, at least send it on to her.

I love being a grandma and having fun with the grandkids.  They find joy in the simplest things and I love looking at the world through their eyes!   I love that I can spoil them and then send them home!  :)

Thanks for visiting today…and let’s try to look at the world today through a child’s eye!

Aug 2014 Visiting Teaching Handout

This month for the visiting teaching handout for my church the message is: Divine Mission of Jesus Christ: Messiah.

I knew that I wanted to use these fun ice cream images from Just So Scrappy, so I went with the title, “Here’s the Scoop!”

Thursday’s Thought-Life Isn’t About Finding Yourself.

Well, another week is almost over and Thursday is already here…so that means that it is time to do my Thursday’s Thought!

Life-isn't-about-finding-yourself

Click here for the download: Life isn’t about finding yourself

I love this thought, because we really do create our own selves.  Everything that we do, or don’t do…defines who we are and that is exciting that we can control our own destiny!  Many different things and circumstances make up our lives and how we live and react to those things make up who become!

So Dream BIG & Live BIG!

Happy Thursday Everyone and Thanks for Visiting!

Americana Jar and Sisal Balls

Thursday’s Thought-America the Beautiful

I wanted to do an Americana print that I could print and frame or put on a wooden block, so I decided this would be a good Thursday’s thought for this week!

I am so grateful to live in this free country where I get to choose what I do everyday…I get to choose how I worship…I get to choose where I live…I get to choose how to spend my time.. and how I raised my family!  There are some things that we all disagree with on how this country is run…but in the end, it is still one of the greatest countries!America-the-beautifulTo download the PDF click on this link:  America the beautiful,

I have enhanced the color and a few things on this print that are not on the PDF.  If you would like to print it as seen, right click over the image and go to “save image as” then you can save in a folder and print it from there.  It is formatted for an 8 x 10 image.

I think that I have a wooden block in my craft stash, so I think that this image will soon be in the making as a photo block!  If you want to do this as a photo block, remember that it has to be printed with a matte finish!

Have a Great Thursday everyone,

and if you live in this great country, show your patriotic pride by being grateful for the freedoms that you enjoy!

Pantry Shopping List

I don’t know about you, but in the summertime when it is hot, I don’t really like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking meals…so I always like to stock my pantry, so that I can usually pull a meal together in no time at all!  Really I like to have my pantry stocked all of the time, but for some reason I tend to do it better in the summer time!

I decided that for my post today I would share a pantry shopping list that I put together:
