Almost Homemade-Fruit Pizza!

I had a Relief Society activity last week and we served fruit pizza.  They were so yummy and they looked so beautiful!  There were extra cookies and frosting…so I volunteered to take the plain cookies home.  (I know…that was nice of me…right, hey, everyone else took the fruit cookies home!)  I froze the cookies and the frosting and saved them for our Sunday dinner!fruit pizzas Continue reading

I hope that you all got to enjoy your weekend and spend some time with those that you love!

I used to make these brownies a lot when my kids were younger and I have not made them for years now…but I thought that they would be a great treat for my “Sugar Sunday”. (I am trying to only eat sugar one day a week and it is on Sunday, so my friend and I have started calling it “Sugar Sunday!)frosted marshmallow brownies

Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn

Last month when my husband and I were in Arizona at the baseball park, we bought a bag of kettle corn.  It was so good with the sweet and salty and I have been craving it again.  So I got online and found a recipe (I cannot remember where this recipe came from, so I cannot give credit where credit is due!)  There are several recipes and they are all very similar.  I was very pleasantly surprised to find out how easy it is to make and it only has 4 ingredients!  All of which I have on hand!kettle corn
