I saw this pattern a couple of weeks ago and being the Halloween nut that I am, I decided that I needed to make it! It does not matter that I have so many Halloween quilts and table runners already that I have to lay them on the backs of chairs! I just could not resist the cuteness of this one! Continue reading

When my friend and I went shopping a week or so ago we found these cute Americana tote bags that have the Declaration of Independence on it…as soon as I saw it, I knew that it would make a darling pillow.
Decorative Wire Frame
One of my DIL’s bought some cute wired frames for her house and she brought them over and we fixed them up with some fun fabric to make it match the room that they are going in! It was such an easy way to customize these cute frames!
Flirty Levi Apron
I saw an apron at a little boutique a while back and I decided that I wanted try to make one. The idea is a very simple one, and when it came to making it, it was very simple to make! I love it when that happens!
Farmer’s Market Sign
I hope that you all had a great Memorial Day weekend! We went up to our cabin and also to our hunting property. We have built an irrigation pond and are anxiously waiting for it to fill up! They have planted a few fish in there, so the grandkids are already loving it!
I also went to Poppyseed Projects to get a summer board, and came home with this darling print instead! All I had to do to make this sign was to paint the board black, Mod Podge the print to the board and then add the texture cream to the front of the plaque! So easy!
Cherry Table Quilt
I have a fun little table quilt that I have been working on for the last year! One of my girlfriend’s gave me the pattern and we have both been working on them together, it is so fun to have a friend that likes to do what you do! I guess that is why we are best friends! :)
New Outdoor Pillows
I have been working out in my yard trying to get everything cleaned up and getting all of my pots and flowers planted. I like to spend most of my evenings out in my yard, so I enjoy having a “room” outside on my patio.
I like to have new pillows for this room, but outdoor pillows and cushions are quite expensive…so I usually just recover the ones I have!
